The perfect indoor,  summer and fall cloak, single color/single sided cloaks with no lining. Hooded and tie closure 53-55 long. We do not hem these, but you can.  This is not panne velvet, this is a 100% Rayon crushed velvet. Available in Black, Burgundy, Sapphire, Celtic Moss Green,  Crimson.
