International Shipping Information

Shipping rates vary by item weight and value as well as package dimensions. Please see the order form for the item you are interested in and the appropriate shipping charges to your country will be shown at the lower section of the form under "Shipping".

All international shipping includes insurance so your package is completely protected during transit..

Transit time from posting to delivery is generally 7-14 days. Global Express is available for an additional fee however it is very expensive and we suggest planning well ahead of your event to allow time for the standard delivery.

1. We accept Payment by wire transfer. This is easily done from your bank. They may wire funds in US dollars directly to our account. Some banks charge a fee for this service you may wish to check with you banking establishment.

2. Creditcards though paypal.com : To make creditcard and currency conversions easier for our international customers we accept international credit card payments through paypal.com. Paypal.com is a secure credit card processing service used by thousands of people daily. Its fast, safe and convenient. When you make your payment through paypal.com you avoid the high cost of depository fees and your countries currency is converted into USD. This method of payment works best for most customers.

We will send you the proper payment invoice and a hyperlink for payment. Just follow the link and then easy to follow instructions will be shown on the paypal.com site. You will need to set up an account with paypal for purchases over $500 USD. This is a precautionary measure to assure your safety. This takes approximately 3 business days. Please plan ahead. You may go to www.paypal.com and set up a free account now to begin your verification process.

Note: We do not accept creditcards by mail or telephone. Paypal is the only way we accept creditcards at this time.

All sizing shown is in inches. Our clothing is custom made at the time of order. We do not have prepared garments. however we do have standard sizing from our own charts. Please be sure to order the proper size.

We also offer custom alterations for an additional fee and hemming service. Additional measurements will be needed to create your item.

We do not accept returns on custom garments, cut fabrics, or trims. The gowns are made or special ordered for each customer, allowing us the opportunity to "personalize" each gown to the individuals needs. For this reason they are un-returnable. With so many choices in fabrics, styles and sizes it is nearly impossible to find a person who wants the same item. We also do not "stock" every type of fabric and often one customer desires are not the same as others.
