When taking measurements be sure to wear the undergarments that you will have on while wearing the dress.  This includes chemise, corset, hoopskirt, shoes, etc.  Not all of these measurements are necessary for some gowns but they are stored for future reference.

Gowns are custom and will be made to the measurements that you provide.  They are one of kind and are not returnable.
