" What a pleasant experience working with each of you.  People at work were very caring and concerned that I was having a dress made by a company over the internet.   The experience I had with a "well known" wedding boutique in town for my daughter's wedding was miserable.  I felt so at peace when we spoke on the phone or via email.  You truly CARE about your customers and it shows!  Thank you for the experience, you always made me feel like you had time just for me.  A special day turned out wonderful and I thank you for the confidence that the I had as I walked down the aisle.
